Background

Brittany "Britt" Woodman, is a Florida native and a proud Double Gator. Britt graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in 2016 with a Bachelor's in English and a Minor in Anthropology, and then continued her education, graduating cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.


During her time at Levin, Britt focused on academia and giving back to the community through public interest participation. Britt was the Vice President of the Association for Public Interest Law (Fall 2017), a Dean's Scholarship Recipient (2016-2019), an Introduction to Law School and the Profession Ambassador (Fall 2017), made Dean's List (Fall 2017), and Britt served as a volunteer at GRACE Marketplace, a local homeless facility in Gainesville, Florida.


Britt finished her third-year as a visiting law student at the William S. Boyd School of Law in Nevada, participating in teaching through a community intellectual property class and externing for the Hon. Judge Stefany A. Miley. 


Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Britt has worked in trust and estates, hurricane insurance claims work, and personal injury law.


Britt is excited to work in and with the gaming community through her recent position with the VerStandig Law Firm. Through her work, Britt aims to bring a feeling of safety and empathy into the legal process with trust and openness to ensure each client feels understood and respected
